Joy Andrews

In 2002, Joy Andrews graduated from Nanjing University, School of Law, further concentrated in International Commerce and Trade Law, served at the University?s Legal Aid Center, private practice ensued. Four years later, she graduated from Kansas State University, Graduate School of Public Administration, further concentrated in Public Financing 
 
In 2006, Ms. Andrews joined St Johns County, since held various positions, including Budget Analyst, Director of Health and Human Services, and Deputy County Administrator
