Chamber Ambassadors
Ambassadors serve as key representatives of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce. These volunteers are committed to fostering connections between members and the community, creating opportunities for engagement and inspiring others with integrity. Ambassadors encourage members to participate in Chamber activities and promote the Chamber and its programming to the St. Johns County business community.
Become an Ambassador
Chamber members who are interested in becoming an Ambassador can apply any time!
What's required
- Be a Chamber member for at least 12 months.
- Attend the monthly meeting, typically the second Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m.
- Must not miss more than 3 meetings in a 12-month period.
- Pick up new/renewed member certificates to deliver to their businesses.
- Earn at least 10 points per quarter.
- Minimum points needed to stay active.
How you earn points
- Attend and help at a Chamber event: 3 points
- Represent the Chamber at a Ribbon Cutting: 2 points
- Attend a Chamber Before or After Hours: 2 points
- Visit a new, renewing or existing member: 2 points
- Participate in quarterly community outreach: 2 points
- Recruit a business to join the Chamber: 2 points
- Serve as an Ambassador mentor: 2 points per month
- Attend the monthly Ambassador meeting: 1 point
Points = Recognition!
- Monthly: Ambassador with the most points is recognized as Ambassador of the Month on Chamber social media channels.
- Annually: Ambassador with the most points October-September is recognized as Ambassador of the Year at the Chamber’s annual member appreciation event.
