    ST AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA /USA - SEPTEMBER 23, 2019 - Villa Calissa is a new boating community on the San Sabastian River, developed by the award winning, Urban Partners team.  Cronk Duch Architecture, has designed a beautiful oasis with sophisticated yet relaxed, open interiors and charming Caribbean inspired exteriors.     Construction started in March of this year and pre- sales have been brisk.  There are only 7 homes remaining.  Currently the developer is offering a $20,000 "buyers incentive" for the next two contracts. 

    This amount can be used towards closing costs and/or upgrades.  A deposit of, 5% of the purchase price will reserve your home.  Completion for the entire community is anticipated in the last quarter of 2020, although select homes completed before that time frame.
