New Construction Leasing Professional

RISE at Nocatee 55+ Active Living is currently looking to hire a leasing professional that has new construction lease up experience along with Entrata Software knowledge. Applicants must be customer service oriented and have knowledge of the day in and day out experiences of leasing apartment homes. Must remember that our residents are always number one and we are here for them at all times. Respond to resident request and emails promptly, manage the move in/move out process, renewal process, maintain follow up with residents and prospects and have a full understanding of their needs and wants and collecting all required material and documents. Maintain a pristine work environment by organizing filing systems and keeping office presentable and clutter free. Maintain happy relationships with team members and help with hosting and scheduling resident events.
