    Job Summary
    Currently hiring for a full-time Personal Lines Sales Representative in a fast growing and top performing Property & Casualty Agency in Ponte Vedra Beach and Jacksonville Beach area. Requirements for this position include having a 4-40 license, or a 2-20 license. Agency is seeking high performing individuals who can exceed expectations daily, are continuous learners, are money motivated and want to grow their career in an agency environment. This position is critical in managing, growing and retaining agency client base utilizing your sales, negotiation, service and presentation skills.
    Essential Qualifications: Must possess an outgoing and positive personality. Excellent oral and written communication skills, dependable, detail oriented, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, sense of urgency, professional, self-directed and highly motivated. Qualified candidate will be a team player. 
    Position Description: Serves clients by selling personal lines P&C, recognizing cross sell opportunities as well as financial service needs. Manage client relationships, increase retention and implement marketing plans in a team environment.
    Responsibilities:
    • Manage leads daily and contact clients to discuss their insurance needs.
    • Determine client needs and provide a product to help meet those needs.
    • Increase retention of existing accounts through effective relationship management.
    • Identify cross-sell opportunities; establish new account opportunities by actively seeking referrals from current client base.
    • Maintain a sense of urgency when interacting with new and existing clients in servicing needs and writing new business.
    • Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and complete special projects within the agency and community.
    • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Small Business owners – such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, etc.
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. Support can include responding to inquiries * regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
    • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
    • Develop new Financial Service opportunities with both existing and new clients.
