    Job Description

    We, at GuideWell ( Florida Blue is a GuideWell company), are continuing to move forward in hiring over 100 Member Care Specialists in Jacksonville, with start dates in mid to late June, and approximately 200 Licensed Sales Agents, 4-5 month temporary roles, which start in mid- July.

    We wanted to share with you, with hopes that you can find a way to share with your congregation through newsletters, website, or just via email to share new job opportunities with people in need who are in the job seeking mode, and may be interested in this customer service telephone role.

     Member Care Specialists.  These are full-time employee roles, whose main responsibility is to manage inbound telephone calls from our Florida Blue members.  These unique roles work for 9 months, and then receive 3 months paid leave.  The roles earn $13/ hour, during 9 months working as well as 3 month paid leave.  Full time employee benefits year round.

    Additionally, we are offering optional virtual career fairs during next couple weeks for people who want to learn more about GuideWell and/or the Member Care Roles.
    (If we are still working remotely, due to the Covid-19 crisis, at the time of start, we will start and train new hires virtually.  However, we expect to be back in our offices by then and this role is an in office role.)
