    Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    Construction experience Required (5 years preferred)
    Project management Required (3-5 years preferred)
    Extensive knowledge of all trades and building codes
    Diverse Computer and technology knowledge
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
    Excellent customer service and organizational skills
    Takes pride in building and maintaining the company’s reputation
    Works well under pressure; patient; flexible with schedule
    Enjoys working with and helping people
    US work authorization (Required)
    Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, insurance and clean driving record
    Summary:
    The Disaster Reconstruction Construction Manager is responsible for managing and supervising a diverse range of residential construction tasks including scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, managing, overseeing all aspects of the project reconstruction from start to finish, including warranty. They are responsible for providing superior customer service and quality construction

    Primary Responsibilities:
    Respond to Emergency services to include assisting in tarping, boarding up, securing of homes after initial disaster; scheduling any immediate necessary trades such as electrician, remediation team, contents pack out, etc. to minimize the size of the loss
    Meet and assist sales team as requested onsite, providing construction input regarding the necessary repairs, so the sales team can in turn create an accurate scope of work
    Project preparation to include: review of detailed scopes of work/estimates and selection sheets, identify/submit any permitting required, meeting engineer onsite, budgeting and ordering of materials, coordinating content manipulation
    Create project schedule and timeline, providing, coordinating, and maintaining an effective timeline and setting proper expectations with clients
    Identify and qualify subcontractors and material suppliers
    Review estimates, negotiate terms, and schedule subcontractors
    Delegate, provide direction/support and manage project managers
    Manage the day to day operations on the job site, overseeing subcontractors and inspecting jobs for quality control and completion of work daily
    Apply creative problem solving, resolving any problems that may arise in timely manner
    Ensure all work is conducted safely and to building code
    Maintain client communication, providing progress reports and pictures to client and sales team
    Inform sales team of any major changes to or price variances from the scope of work and notify sales team of any project field changes/additions so change orders can be issued
    Schedule, meet and complete county building inspector/inspections
    Review and approve subcontractor invoices for accuracy
    Meeting client and/or mortgage inspector onsite for completion walk through and sign off
    Schedule and oversee warranty work completion
    Attend company management meetings
    Seek and obtain construction project managers as needed
    Schedule:
    8-10 hour shift; Flexible hours during storm season
    Primarily Monday to Friday with exception of any emergency calls that may require immediate attention
    Ability to commute/relocate:

    Saint Augustine, FL 32095 and Jacksonville surround areas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
