DESCRIPTION:Clarity-Overcoming Fear & Going Outside Your Comfort Zone\n\nPresented by: Lynn Schultz Kehoe\, Founder & CEO\, Shift Up Now\n\n\n\nLynn started racing in 2015 earning her competition license through the Sports Car Club of America. Since then she has competed in Sprint\, Endurance\, Time Trial and Ice Races taking home numerous trophies including 2nd place in class in 2018 in the grueling 25 Hours of Thunderhill race in the BMW E30 she owned. She founded Shift Up Now in 2016 drawing on parallels between her racing and professional careers. Fundamentally\, Shift Up Now is a collective of female racecar drivers who use motorsports to inspire confidence and courage in girls and women.\n\n\n\nBefore ever even considering motorsports\, Lynn had a successful career in real estate and financial services spanning over three decades. Throughout her career\, Lynn has been active in leading training seminars and as a public speaker. She currently serves as Board Chair for Stoneleigh Burnham School\, a girl's college preparatory school. In Greenfield\, MA. \n\n\n\nLynn has been interviewed on numerous podcasts including the very popular Cars Yeah\, by Mark Greene. She was recently featured in St. Augustine Social magazine and was a guest on The St. Augustine Tonight Show by Jorge Rivera. Lynn and her business partner have recently completed their first book together entitled Drive to the 25!\, which is scheduled for release in the winter of 2020.\n\n\n\nLynn participates in various philanthropic and charitable organizations including the Alzheimer's Association\, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation\, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the National Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from The American University. \n\n\n\nThe mission of the Women with Vision Council is to mentor\, inspire and empower women in professional environment through education and collaboration to embrace their own vision\, purpose and value. We want to inspire women to live the lives they love\, igniting their passion for business and to make a positive contribution in their community.
