Loosen Up with Laughter Yoga
Women with Vision Council
The St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce Women with Vision Council invite you to join them on December 2, 2020 at 4:30 p.m for Loosen Up with Laughter Yoga with Amy Agelilli, at St. Augustine Beach near the Pier.
Please use the public parking lot near the pier and follow the signs to the beach.. Bring a towel, yoga mat, or something comfortable for you to sit on, and wear comfortable clothes for this event.
Laughter Yoga is a mind-body combination of clapping, laughter exercises, deep breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques to enhance health and happiness. The benefits of this light cardio workout are many - laughter yoga increases blood circulation, kicks depression, reduces blood pressure, alleviates stress, releases endorphins, increases oxygen flow, and builds community. Plus, it's a lot of fun! No experience with yoga (or even laughing) necessary!
After Loosen up with Laughter Yoga, please join the Women with Vision Council members at the for an informal networking session.
Amy Angelilli - As chief Adventure Office of The Adventure Project, and a certified laughter yoga leader, Amy Angelilli combines the art of play with mindfulness exercises and laughter to help others discover their own life adventures. She has facilitated playshops for summer camps, after school programs, spiritual centers, yoga communities, business leaders, college students, active senior centers and women's retreats. Her immersive play-work focuses on self-discovery and meaningful connections, and of course, fun!
Currently she heads up and improv training center at Limelight Theatre in St. Augustine, and leads playshops and team building sessions for organizations at home and abroad. Since arriving in Florida, she has facilitated play experiences for people between the ages of 9 to 92. When not playing or planning adventures, she's usually enjoying meaningful travel or improvisational theater. Her greatest performance is as herself in "It's All About Amy" , the improvised story of her life. She also created, produces and directs the theater experience "3 Blind Dates", an unscripted romantic comedy that showcases the phenomenon of modern dating, and, "Tiny Town" which reveals secrets of St. Augustine based on audience suggestions.
She shares her adventures with her rescue dog and cats. Follow her adventures at www.adventure-project.com and you might find your own adventure!Instructor:
