"Making History Beyond the Scoreboard"
The St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce Tourism & Hospitality Council along with Media Share Consulting, organizers of the PXG Woman's Match Play Championship, invites you to join them October 14, 2021 for AM networking from 8:00am-8:30am followed by an energizing discussion by Teddy Myers, Facilities Director for the St. Johns County Parks and Recreation Department, on "Making History Beyond the Scoreboard"- bringing the sports groups to St. Johns County.
Originally from Tampa, Teddy Meyer has been with SJC Parks and Recreation since 2017 as the Facility Manager. He oversees scheduling for all athletic facilities in St. Johns County both for local residents and tournament/event based activities. In 2020 he completed the BOCC SJC Leadership Academy Training program. Teddy has been instrumental in evolving the relationship between SJC and the VCB since 2019 to help host events and build sports tourism impact within our county.
Previously Teddy spent 15 years coaching college soccer from at the NCAA D1 – D3 levels, and was formerly the Director of Coaching for 2 youth soccer clubs in FL and SC. As a former CEO of Oasis Soccer LLC. Teddy has helped place over 100+ players in college soccer since 2007. He has earned a BA from Flagler College and an MS from Winthrop University (SC). Lastly, Teddy lists his greatest accomplishments are his wife Heather of 17 years, son Quinn, and daughter Palin.

Complimentary parking is available. Turn right on South Legacy Trail and follow signs for Hall of Fame parking. Once parked, the museum is the building with the tall tower.Fees/Admission
