Jared Rice, Senior Vice President Tournament Revenue and Executive Director THE PLAYERS Championship
Jared Rice is currently the Senior Vice President of Tournament Revenue & Executive Director for THE PLAYERS Championship.
Rice has led THE PLAYERS Championship as the Executive Director since January 2017 but joined THE PLAYERS staff in June of 2010 after four years in multiple roles at the PGA TOUR including Business Development and Global Licensing. While in those positions, Jared oversaw development of PGA TOUR Licensing programs worldwide and assisted with the sale of PGA TOUR Title Sponsorships and Official Marketing Partner Sponsorships.
Rice was born in Portsmouth, NH and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Sports Marketing and Business Administration. He joined the PGA TOUR from the Detroit Red Wings organization after having spent five years with the Walt Disney Company during their ownership of the Anaheim Angels and Mighty Ducks.
