    Public Policy Committee Panel Discussion
The Current State of Play in Local, State and Federal Re-Opening Policy

The Public Policy Committee of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce will host an interactive panel discussion: The Current State of Play in Local, State and Federal Re-Opening Policy this Friday, May 8th from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. featuring three public policy experts from  the local, state and federal sectors.

Last week, Governor DeSantis announced his phased approach to re-opening Florida?s economy mirroring the phased plan unveiled by President Trump earlier in the month.  As local businesses in every sector of our local, state and national economy prepare to reopen or shift from partial operations to more fully operational, policy makers work to design economic relief efforts to combat the economic losses while continuing to fight the public health crisis that remains.  Join us for this interactive panel discussion as we examine the current and possible future policies guiding re-opening and recovery.

Participation will be limited to the first 100 registrants.  Pre-registration is required.

An interactive Q&A session will follow the discussion.
Please email your questions to cathy.newman@sjcchamber.com by 5:00 PM Thursday, May 7, for inclusion in Friday?s discussion.
