Freezin' For a Reason - Polar Plunge

Ability Tree First Coast is hosting its first ever Hybrid Polar Plunge, which you can do virtually anytime during plunge week OR you can come take the plunge with us!

**THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO EVERYONE** - the general public and special needs families (accommodations are available).

Virtual Location: ANY WHERE during "Plunge Week"!
In Person Location: Beachwalk Club (100 Beachwalk Club Dr, St Johns, FL 32259)

How does the Hybrid Polar Plunge work?

If you're not able to come out in person, do your plunge at the beach, a lake, a pond, a pool...the list goes on...wherever you want to take your plunge!

If you want to join us in person, you'll come to the Beachwalk Lagoon for our event. You can register as a plunger or as a cheerleader (attend event & cheer everyone on).

Either way you choose to participate, make sure to take photos & videos, and then share them on social media using the hashtag #PolarPlungeforATFC and #FreezinForAReasonATFC.

Our Why: The intentions of our Polar Plunge are to promote disability awareness & foster community inclusion, as well as raise funds to make sure our programs can continue to be offered and make a difference in the lives of our special needs families. By you participating, you are helping us make this happen!
